For EFCC, respecting and protecting your personal data is a commitment.

  1. Name/Company name. We collect the names (surname, surname) and the surnames of our customers as well as the names of the contact persons of our customers when they express interest in our services

  4. Other contact details. We collect other contact information, such as the telephone number of our customers or the contact persons of our customers in order to provide our services better and faster.
  5. Pricing details. We collect the data of our customers that are necessary for the invoicing of our services, such as the AFM and the Tax Office
  6. We strive to minimize the risk of your rights and freedoms by not collecting sensitive personal data concerning you.

Personal data is any information that concerns a specific natural person or person, whose identity can be verified (such as name, identity number, home address, etc.). In particular, data relating to health, nationality, political opinion, religion, sexual orientation, financial status or information relating to any offenses or criminal convictions constitute a specific category of data and belong to “sensitive personal data”.

How We Collect Personal Data

We collect your personal data when you express your interest in our services and contact us (eg via our site information form, by phone or via email), when we enter into a contractual relationship for the provision of our services. In order to protect your personal data, we take physical, technical and organizational protection measures to protect and safeguard your personal data from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure or destruction. We have created various levels of security measures such as surveillance cameras with loggers, alarms, password checks, network security checks, emergency management etc.

All employees, as well as external partners under contract, have signed a Confidentiality Statement and have a legal obligation to protect your sensitive personal data in accordance with our guidelines and policy. All our staff have received clear instructions and specialized training on the handling of confidential personal information and data.

When and how we pass on your personal data to others
